Receiving Your Order

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. Luana Interiors is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you are not available to receive your package, the courier may leave a note with instructions on how to collect your delivery or arrange for a redelivery.

Damaged or Lost Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.

  • In the unlikely event that an order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return Policy

Timeframe:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

Condition:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags.

Process:

  2. Follow the instructions sent by our team to return your item.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds:

  • Processed within 10 business days after we receive the return, issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:

  • For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.

Faulty Items:

  • Report any defects or damages with us within 7 days of receipt, with photo evidence.

Exceptions:

  • Shower Screens (excluding glass): 15-year Replacement Warranty.

  • Tapware: 5-year Replacement Warranty.

  • Basins: 7-year Replacement Warranty.

  • Toilets: 7-year Replacement Warranty.

  • Accessories: 7-year Replacement Warranty.

Please Note:

  • The warranty is void if products are used inappropriately or for purposes other than their intended use.

  • Installation must be performed by licensed professionals to qualify for warranty coverage. Unlicensed installations will result in the warranty being null and void.

  • The warranty does not cover any damages resulting from incorrect installation.

  • Any physical damages occurring post-installation are not covered under warranty.
