WARRANTY POLICY
NIKKI WILLIAMS offers a 6 month warranty on their handbags, clutches and wallets. This warranty covers manufacturing faults (but does not cover neglect or wear & tear) and NIKKI WILLIAMS will, at their own discretion, replace or repair your damaged product.
Grain and slight differences of color are characteristics of the leather and are unique to each bag. Most of leather used in the creation of NIKKI WILLIAMS handbags has been treated and are water and scratch resistant. However, we recommend you spray your new NIKKI WILLIAMS leather product with a quality leather protector. We also recommend keeping your product away from heaters or excessive temperatures as leather is a natural substance and can cause it to shrink and change shape.
Exclusions & Limitations
The above warranties against defects do not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, splits, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the products due to:
Normal wear and tear (including tarnishing)
Accident or mishap
Careless handling
Improper use
Alteration or substitution
Use outside our care instructions
Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than us or our authorised repairers
Theft
Hardware tarnishing occurs naturally and therefore, cleaning is not covered by this warranty against defects.
When a product is repaired under the original contractual warranty term, only the remaining term of the original contractual warranty will continue to apply. Any other repairs after this term will be outside the original warranty period and may be charged accordingly. This limitation does not apply to consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
Most products come with a 14 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 14 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Postage is paid by the customer
The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
