- Change of mind returns permitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
a). You produce a satisfactory proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice).
b). The item is in re-saleable condition, including its original packaging (if any), is as new and are not used, or opened.
c). Shipping cost to be borne by the customer/buyer.
- Items on clearance can not be returned under the above policy.
- In the rare instance of an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 10% used upon return.
