Absolutely love it. Makes cleaning the tiles around my home so much easier. Its long cord means I can reach a lot more of the room without having to use an extension cord or continuously changing electricity outlets. Being able to wash cleaning pads makes life easier and less expensive then having to buy replacements.

Was a bit iffy about spending so much money on a steam mop, but I'm glad I did. something it does not tell you is the cord is very long. I can plug it in and do the whole of my house without changing outlets. Also does a good job of steaming. Glad I don't have to hold the steam button down as it does this on its own. thank you, a super product.

My new Shark Steam & Scrub is far superior to the more expensive steamer I have been using. The rotating discs have removed the grime that has built up using conventional steam mops on my stone tiled floors. The disc mats are easy to wash so very happy with this purchase.
