Under these plans, we cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the protection period. The protection period commences from the date of purchase. The protection period varies depending on the period selected and purchased by the customer.
We will replace, at no charge, the product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, during the protection period. Should replacement of products or parts of a product become unavailable, we may refund the customer an amount not exceeding the amount paid by the customer for the Plan. We reserve the right to final decision upon dispute.

wow I was BEYOND excited to be able to buy this microphone for a fraction of the price listed elsewhere. It came highly recommended by some musos I know and my son was thrilled with it. Awesome!
