If you are after such ultra firm bed, perhaps for therapeutically reasons, or perhaps you simply grew up sleeping on hard bed, Zzz Atelier Assured Firm may just be your perfect answer.

This mattress is not for everyone. It has been designed specifically for those who seek very firm mattress. The core support layer of this mattress is made of triple tempered, extra thick coils for maximum support and stability. Its independent pocket spring design also ensures that shock and pressure is effectively absorbed and dispersed throughout the mattress. The tight top comfort layer is made of ultra high density foam to guarantee that comfort and firmness of this mattress remains unchanged for many years to come.

This mattress is covered in comfortable Turkish organic cotton blend fabric that is soft on skin and highly effective in absorbing and dissipating body moist. Having passed the strict OEKO-TEX Standard 100 test, the quilting fabric also gives you the peace of mind of being away from substances harmful to human bodies.

Packaging & Unpacking

High tech vacuum rolled packaging technology for easy handling and transport. Mattress will expand in minutes after unpacking and will be usable within 1 day. Please allow the mattress to expand for at least 24 hours before you sleep on it. Mattress may take up to 7 days to fully restore. Due to compressed packaging, the final 5% of manufactured height may take longer time in some cases.

DELIVERY POLICIES
  1. We ship all items via courier services, which usually operate Mon-Fri during business hours only. If you are unable to receive deliveries during business hours please contact us prior to placing your order and we shall try our best to find a solution to workaround this issue. Regular courier service is not time sensitive and may arrive any time between 9am - 6pm. 
  2. For orders which we upload tracking number, you can track the delivery status of your item on courier company's website (please allow one to two working days before the tracking system is updated). To avoid delivery disappointment, we also highly recommend that you call the courier company and make appointment for a delivery date which suits you.
  3. Please ensure that you provide your most updated mobile phone number to us when placing an order. Please do not provide landline number unless you are always available to answer phone calls to your landline number during business hours. Some of our courier service providers may try to call you to arrange a delivery date before sending the item to you. Failure to answer their phone calls may result in your item being held at courier depot until they are able to get in touch with you. When the courier company calls, their phone call may appear as a "private caller" or without caller ID. 
  4. All standard courier deliveries in Australia are kerbside only. Some courier drivers may help to move item into your house when asked nicely, but such assistance can be refused by the drivers. For any item heavier than 25kg or too bulky, the buyer must have someone available to help the courier driver unload.
  5. By purchasing this item, buyer consent to unattended delivery (i.e. Authorisation to Leave) by default. Item may be left at a safe spot at driver's discretion. In the event of ATL / unattended delivery, buyer accepts that courier companies have full discretion in determining an area for safe drop, and accepts the risk for theft or others damages to item left at premise. If you do not wish for this to occur please contact us prior to dispatch and we will gladly help organise signature service where possible.
  6. Standard couriers services do not include call / SMS from driver before delivery. If you are not at home and the driver deems it not safe to leave the item at your address, a card will be left and collection from depot will be required. Re-delivery can be arranged but additional charges may apply.
  7. To sell quality products and very low cost, we always ship our orders using the most economical options among a few courier companies (e.g. Allied Express, Hunter Express, TNT, Toll, StarTrack, Couriers Please, Fastway etc). We promise to dispatch all orders within our committed dispatch time frame. However, as we do not control courier operations, we cannot be responsible for delivery time frame or delay. If you have preference on using a specific courier company please contact us before placing an order and we shall let you know if we need to charge any additional shipping charges.
RETURNS POLICIES 

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve the right to not offer a replacement or refund. Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Mattress firmness is very individual and subjective, a same mattress can be perceived as firm by one user, but soft by another user. In advertising the mattress, our listings we have taken all care to strictly follow manufacturer's firmness rating. However, there is no single rating which can ever meet every user's subjective expectation. By purchasing this item, buyer agrees that mismatch of firmness expectation on the mattress or any part of the mattress (e.g. sides of mattress) does NOT constitute "item not as described" and it cannot be returned under this reason.

If a refund is processed, we will refund the original purchase price via the original mode of payment, minus any associated fees and charges. Shipping fee is not refundable in any case. Most refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If you are entitled to a replacement, please be aware that some of our goods are sourced offshore and may require in excess of 10 weeks to source a replacement part or product. We do not offer 'change of mind' return for mattresses by default. We may choose to allow courtesy change of mind return from time to time in our sole discretion. If we choose to do this, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE:
    • Due to OH&S assistance may be required to unload the boxes. Courier/Driver may not be able to assist with carrying the item to your door; please arrange able-bodied person at home to sign for the delivery and assist the driver with unloading. If you require any assistance from the courier/driver additional fees may apply.
    • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply. Please log in to your MyDeal account to obtain your tracking details to track your order and ensure that somebody is home at the time of delivery. Alternatively if you would like to provide authority to leave please leave a note in the shipping details at checkout or submit your request via the Contact Us Form with your order number immediately after purchase

Shipping fee is non refundable in any case.
  • Buyer agrees that soiled, stained or damaged item is no longer in original condition and does not qualify for return. If an item is return to us in soiled, stained or damaged condition, we have the right to reject the return. In this case, the item will be available at the returned address for buyer collection.
