In an unlikely event If a product is damaged or not working properly, contact us via your MyDeal account to organise return or refund possibility.
Once your returned item(s) have been received, will review items and once cleared you will either receive your new item or a refund by Your default payment methods.
We will accept returns for faulty products & change of mind. If goods are faulty will provide return shipping label & for change of mind returns customer pays return shipping cost within 14 days after receiving the order.
