The chair's backrest is adjustable in 7 different settings, so you can always find the most comfortable position. The 100% aluminium frame is very sturdy and durable. The weather-resistant PE rattan makes the chair easy to clean. The armrests are made of durable wood-plastic composite, which is weatherproof and UV resistant. The seat has an additional place for foot rest which can be folded up while not in use. Since the chair is lightweight, it can be easily moved around and it is foldable to save space.
Note: We recommend covering the chair in the rain, snow or frost.

Returns Policy

If you decide to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).
Your responsibilities in this process include:
Covering the return shipping cost to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.
The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:
Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.
To initiate the return process, follow these steps:
Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
