Damage during transportation

This is a great product for my purposes. As an under desk walker. I haven’t used to to run and I most likely wouldn’t. It does a great job of getting me out of my seat during the day and breaks up my work day. Mine did not come with a jangle though, I’m unsure if it was forgotten but I do not require one.
