We ship to all locations within Australia. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Receiving Your Order
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. Luana Interiors is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you are not available to receive your package, the courier may leave a note with instructions on how to collect your delivery or arrange for a redelivery.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
In the unlikely event that an order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Condition:
Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Refunds:

Exchanges:

Please Note:
The warranty is void if products are used inappropriately or for purposes other than their intended use.
Installation must be performed by licensed professionals to qualify for warranty coverage. Unlicensed installations will result in the warranty being null and void.
The warranty does not cover any damages resulting from incorrect installation.
Any physical damages occurring post-installation are not covered under warranty.
