How do I choose the correct size?
Please use the table to select your foot size. Our Uggs are manufactured to the Australian Standard Sizes, and the chart indicates the equivalent in USA, European Standard Sizes.
When you first try on your sheepskin footwear they may feel a little tight - snug. The thick dense pile in our sheepskin inners starts to gradually mould to the shape of your feet and will become one size bigger in the first few days of wear, providing a comfortable shape unique to the outline of your feet.
The best way to choose your size is to follow the sizes in innersole sizes (cm) Make sure your foot is not bigger than cm shown in table. As sheepskin breathes sizes are based on bare feet, if you intend to wear mid to thick socks please also consider this when selecting your size.

Exchange Request:
In the case where you would like to change the size, colour or item, please contact us via your MyDeal Account within 14 days of delivery. We will also confirm availability of the exchanged item you request.
You will be provided a return authorization and address. Items must then be returned unused and in their original packaging and at your cost. On receipt of your returned items we shall ship the replacement item back to you.
Change of mind:
In the case where you simply change your mind, please contact us via your MyDeal Account within 14 days of delivery.
You will be provided a return authorization and address. Items must then be returned unused and in their original packaging and at your cost. On receipt of your returned items we are happy to provide a credit towards another purchase with DEALS on BRANDS or a Refund to the same method of payment.
Wrong item or not as described:
In the rare case where you receive an item that is different to the one you ordered please contact us via your MyDeal Account within 14 days of delivery.
We will send you a reply paid postage voucher for you to return the incorrect item. Please return the item unused and in their original packaging.
On receipt of your returned item we will express post the correct item back to you.
Faulty Items:
In the rare case where you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us via your MyDeal Account on noticing the fault. We may request photos or we will send you a reply paid postage voucher for you to return the item.
On receipt of your returned item we will express post a replacement back to you. In the case the item is no-longer available we will provide you a Full Refund to the same method of payment.
