Exchange Request:
In the case where you would like to change the size, colour or item, please contact us via your MyDeal Account within 14 days of delivery. We will also confirm availability of the exchanged item you request.
You will be provided a return authorization and address. Items must then be returned unused and in their original packaging and at your cost. On receipt of your returned items we shall ship the replacement item back to you.
