Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Excellent product have used for awhile now

Buds are genuine and work as intended. Only thing woukd like to mention that its not Australian so we dont get to enjoy the warranty. I was able to register them to samsung but for warranty have to go to the country of origin of this product which is US OR CA I think.

Upgrading from first gen samsung galaxy buds, these buds are a whole new world in listening pleasure. The clarity, the features, the bass!... all fantastic. To top it off... almost half price from RRP and fast delivery.

I went from the Buds+ to the Buds2 (which are great) to the Buds2 Pro and these are awesome. I bought the Buds2 for their active noise cancelling to wear at the gym and while they are good, these Buds2 Pro are noticeably better. I also like the auto ambient setting making it easier to interact with others without the need to manually toggle from ANC to Ambient Sound. They are also so much easier to handle as the case and the buds of the Buds2 are just so slippery, difficult to handle and to get out of the ear. I highly recommend these buds.
