We (Babiesmart) allow a return where you have changed your mind or for any reason, provided that the item in question is:

Returned within 30 days of receiving the order;
As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags intact
In a resalable condition
Not damaged in any way.

When you are eligible for a complete refund

If the product is faulty or damaged or the wrong product delivered

You have two options either get a full refund or get an exchange of the same or similar value

If any of the condition is true we will reimburse the full amount that occurred including shipping.

When you are eligible for a partial refund

If a customer does not like the product for whatsoever reason - change of mind
A partial refund means you will get an amount equal to the product (- Shipping cost)
The customer has to return the item to our warehouse located in Melbourne, do not send or return the item unless approved by customer support
