Blue Bar Industries has a 24 hour handling time for our orders. 

Delivery timeframe is 5 - 10 business days

If the handling time is going to take longer we will contact you to let you know

Shipping is mostly by Australia Post but we do utilise couriers in some instances

If you have a carrier preference, please leave a note when ordering and we will endeavour to accommodate your request

Tracking will be provided for each purchase. If you do not receive a tracking notification you can contact us and we will provide the number

All products come with manufacturers warranty with the length of warranty and terms and conditions being stipulated by the manufacturer. If no warranty period is stated then the default of 12 months will apply

Any warranty issues are to be directed back to us in the first instance and further instruction will be issued from there.

Returns are offered for up to 60 days from purchase. For 'change of mind' returns the purchaser is to cover the cost of the return
