Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

The product is well made, all necessary parts supplied and a good instruction booklet. Only suggested change I would make in the instructions is that the slot in the bottom of the door be made with a router or circular saw - not a chain saw.

Easy to instal. Installation instructions were quite good. I would buy again as it helps to modernise the look of the reno.
