The Bamboo Steamer is ideal for steaming all types of vegetables, fish, rice, cous cous and dim sum.

Made from natural woven bamboo the steaming process preserves vitamins, minerals, flavours and colours, and the steamer is easy to use in conjunction with saucepans, woks and stockpot.

• Works best in a wok, frying pan or stockpot
• Add herbs to the water and the food will soak up the aromas of the herbs, enhancing the flavors of your meal
• Soak the bamboo steamer in cold water for a few hours before using
• To clean bamboo steamer, rinse with water and dry thoroughly.
• Apply a thin coat of vegetable oil to keep bamboo from drying out
