Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

I have received an email from mydeal providing full refund details for this product - I have dealt with mydeal on many occasions and this is the first time that there has been an issue - this site is a great site and reality is they wouldn't of been able to foresee the issues this product or the supplier of the product was going to have. I think we are far to quick to bad mouth someone when they dont reach our expectations but rarely do the people that do this provide the positive reviews when things go well or beyond our expectations. Oh and just to get this home I order another product 4days ago and its being delivered tomorrow - mydeal is a reputable site and offer decent products at a decent cost.

Well, this time it was a scam. At least I got an apology and a refund. But still Millions of dollars held for a period of time with little chance it ever would be delivered.

This is not a scam I have been ordering form my deal for the last year and always receive my orders. They may take a little long to arrive. I have received every order. 👌
