Please note that actual product colours may vary from the display images shown.
Different monitors and screens will have inevitable discrepancies in how they portray a certain colour. If you place two different monitors next to each other, there will be clear differences in how the same colour is displayed on each. For this reason, even though display images were taken with the actual product, the colours seen online may not be an exact representation of the colour you receive.
As with any textile product coloured by dyes, there may be unavoidable differences between production batches. The same colour name used across different product lines from our store may not reflect the same colour.
Return & Refund
Change of Mind Returns – 30 days
We have a 30-day return policy for any change of mind returns, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the tax invoice or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, any change of mind returns will attract a return postage fee of $14.5, which will be deducted from your refund amount at the time of processing. This flat rate return fee of $14.5 is offered to our customers as a cost-effective, hassle-free way of returning your goods to us.

Faulty Items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If the problem is major, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund. Examples of major failure are when the product:
has a problem that would have stopped you buying it had you known about it;
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we may choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund if this is possible.
If we cannot repair the product within a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund, repair or replacement if the problem has, for instance, arisen because the product was misused by the customer.
Faulty Item Returns
We will accept returns for all faulty items with return postage at our cost. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible advising the order number, the faulty item's name and description of the fault (please include images if you are able to).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this point in time.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
