For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

I ordered a set of these and the bottom sheet came away from the elastic in parts. I wrote to customer service and the company promptly replaced the set and apologised for the inconvenience. Well done! Sheets feel great fantastic back up support.

I ordered a Charcoal set king size and they look great. I think I may have ordered a size to great as I think my bed is more queen size OR the sheets are of a generous size. I will be ordering another set in Ivory within the next few weeks. Cheers
