Tasting Notes:
This is a classic Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with complex aromas and flavours of Raspberries, Ripe Plum, Blackberry, chocolate and Cassis. The oak integration is well balanced and oozes structural flavours of vanilla, spice and cedar. The wine then finished with rounded and velvet tannins.
