Finding good Pinot Noir is difficult enough. Finding affordable Pinot Noir that offers good drinking is a great challenge. Don’t look further, grab them while you can!
Tasting Notes:
The bouquet displays vibrant characters of dark cherry and plum. Use of French oak adds further layers of complexity to the aromas. The wine has great presence, texture and length. The palate is long and finishes with powdery, yet persistent tannins. Ripe and powerful, a great Yarra Valley Pinot Noir which will also reward careful cellaring.
Food Pairing:
Pinot Noir pairs well with a wide range of foods—fruitier versions make a great match with salmon or other fatty fish, roasted chicken or pasta dishes; bigger, more tannic Pinots are ideal with duck and other game birds, casseroles or, of course, stews like beef bourguignon.
