All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.

We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location.

• Minimum 12 months warranty on all items from the day of purchase;

Returns

Change of mind requests must be accompanied with proof of purchase and be reported within 14 days from receiving the item;

The item(s) must be returned to us in a factory sealed and unopened condition, a deduction of up to 50% from the refund may occur to recover the lost value of the item.

Please be advised that return postage is to be paid by buyer. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a change-of-mind return if the item(s) is no longer in a merchantable condition*.

*Merchantable condition refers to the item being Brand New

I never realised how a mop or my robot cleaner was doing such a poor job of my floors after using this steam mop.I used it after cleaning with the robot and could not believe how much cleaner it was. I love this and have only used the mop part thus far, not the other tools, but do not anticipate there being an issue whatsoever. Great value Great product
