If your order arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Instead:

  • The mattress arrived coiled up in a box and took about 24 hours to take its final shape. It's thin and firm but still quite comfortable. It will do the job for the time being. Delivery was reasonably quick. Shipping costs to central NSW were fairly expensive though.
