Warranty Policy:
All products purchased from us include warranty. Our products are generally offered with 6- 12 months warranty. Arrival damages or missing parts need to be reported in 7days from the delivery date. You are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damages in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. If the customer refuses replacement parts then it is at their cost to return the goods for a refund less freight charges. Please do not attempt to return the item without approval by us.A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed or any physical damages. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers and take reasonable care of the product. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME CAGE I bought it for my hahns macaw and you can see just how large it is in comparison to him. I would honestly not use this for a full size macaw. Any other medium to large birds it would do perfectly for. There's a few pros and cons and I've listed them below. PRO: - Huge spacious cage and design - Comes with large stainless steel bowls - Great colour size and design - If you use coupon with purchase you get a small discount and most cages this size are $500 and up so great price -Has wheels bottom of cage with locks CONS: - The metal tray initially didn't fit below as it wasn't big enough but I banged the edges out with a hammer and widened it so it fit. - The above compartment door hinge broke during delivery and arrived broken. I had already assembled it so couldn't be bothered returning it for a simple piece snapped off. - The top of the play gym perch was too short and I don't use it. Instead I secured my own perch to the front door and trained my parrot to go on there when he wants to come in and out. - The instructions we're pretty hard to understand but thank God for my husband and we worked it out. - Lots of extra screws and things we didn't need because we didn't use the top gym. - Many peoples cages arrived damaged judging by reviews so pay extra four dollars for insurance to cover yourself. - Didn't need or use the metal guards as they didn't fit correctly nor went on correctly plus cage looks better without it. OTHERWISE the cage is great. See attached photos.

The cage is the perfect size for my bird (Major Mitchell cockatoo). The bars are thick enough that he can’t break them. The perch for the top of the cage is a little short and unstable. The one perch for inside the cage won’t withstand my bird’s beak for more than a fortnight, but I didn’t expect it to. It was fairly easy to put together, but it did require two people at times. The tray at the bottom is not the correct size and falls off the tracks all the time. A couple of the guides for the sides of the cage were bent during shipping, but I was able to straighten them a screwdriver and pliers. All the necessary parts were present to put the cage together. I added two other perches to go the short length of the cage. The food dishes are good quality and nice and deep to prevent food wastage. The two cups for the top of the cage are excellent! When my bird chews up that perch, I will repurpose them elsewhere. The food door closures look a bit dodgy, but my bird hasn’t figured out how to open them yet. The main door closure is solid.
