We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

My son had a bit of trouble sorting out which way the shelves went together with the door, but in the end it is really great and my grandson loves it, but tells us we are not allowed to actually eat the eggs and wooden things he cooks and gives us. He wants them back to do it again. many thanks for a great piece of play equipment.

My grandaughter loves it. Very well made and perfect height for 2-3 year old. It was delivered promptly.
