Unless otherwise stated, Sunyee Trading offers a 12 month warranty on all products from the date of purchase. It cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranty period for commercial use is 3 months.
You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund for a major failure of our product. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
Our warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, and lack of maintenance, use of incorrect voltage, power surges, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.

I bought this as I was suspicious that the solar blanket I purchased from mydeal wasn't producing the stated 300 watt in the marketing material. I was able to determine that the solar blanket at best in peak conditions was only producing 138 watts. Just under half of the blankets advertised power output. Very helpful to know when calculating my usage and power generation needs. This was one of three tools used during my testing. The device was very reliable and within 0.1 volt +/-.

Excellent product, was not expecting such an accurate and easy to use product, connected to my camper frig power inlet/ outlet which uses 50amp Anderson connectors, I can read the supply battery voltage, which I double checked is accurate, the frig amps draw, amp hours consumed which allows you to accurately determine battery life and or design a solar system to suit, highly recommended.
