If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

Refunds & Returns:

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges if 

• you change your mind or

• you purchased the wrong product or

• you knew of a specific characteristics or fault in an item or

• we specifically advised you of a particular fault in a product or

• you damage a product after purchase; or

• can't provide proof of purchase

Please Note:

• Postage is paid by the customer

• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and or insurance for the delivery

• A restocking fee of 20% or the purchase price (minimum $10) may apply

Warranty Claims:

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us immediately to raise a warranty claim.
