Groovy Gadgets will always attempt to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible.

Please allow;

• 1-2 days for product handling.
• 2-5 days in the post, depending upon your postcode.

We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to us and we will provide you with an exchange or replacement (less shipping and handling costs) with the following guidelines.

• The item must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving it.
• The item must be returned to us in the original condition it was received by you.
• Where possible, the original tags and labels should still be attached to the product when it is returned.
• Where possible, the item should be returned in its original packaging (if any).
• The item should be returned unworn, unused, undamaged and as sold.
• It is your responsibility to ensure the item is packed appropriately and returned to us in the original condition.
• Return shipping, postage and handling charges to us are also your responsibility. We will pay for return freight to you.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
