The 2N Helios IP Force is a rugged door entry solution which supports the SIP protocol and connects to your IP network using an Ethernet cable. It features a numeric keypad that includes the standard 12 buttons for common actions a HD camera that has 640x480 video resolution 1280x960 JPEG resolution and a wide angle of view to capture entrants and is ONVIF-S compliant. It also has a simple security relay to prevent unauthorized manipulation.
Warranty Policy
All our products come with a 12 month standard warranty. The warranty cover does not include for damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect and lack of maintenance, usual wear and tear, natural disaster or any other external causes.
Returns Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, you can return the products to us in its original packaging and saleable conditions within 30 days from the date of order. Please note that the product must be unused and in brand new condition, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
