If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

Love them. Drilled holes in zinc lining for drainage. Other than that they are fantastic. Would love to buy more for another deck with a much wider railing the hooks do not fit so if there are wider hooks please let me know.

Very happy with these planters. They look great hanging off the top of my colourbond fence filled with hanging plants.
