1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Nothing to complain about - love this bin! Very well constructed - feels good quality

The bins came exactly as expected and I'd consider them to be good quality. But most of all, I had purchased 4 other items on the same day from different companies and the bins were the first to be sent and the first to arrive. That makes all the difference to me.

So happy with this bin, we ordered 2 so we have the options of 2x general waste (first one for waste to be emptied to outside bin nightly) second for not smelly waste 1x recycling 1x 10c bottles and cans Super easy to install, hubby had them installed in minutes
