1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Time a bit difficult to put together at first took me about 2 hours looks good and you get all the shoes of the floor

Very good & solid. Instruction sheet however is very scant on details & poorly set out. Comes in 2 packages, which seller doesn’t mention. This caused problems when one package went astray.

Very easy to assemble, good diagram and no missing screws or parts. Fits 27 pairs of shoes, high heel included, no problems at all and looks sooooo tidy!
