We ship with Australia Post with tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Time Frame: 2-7 business days
Order cancellation:
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds:
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or exchange for orders received within 14 days of delivery if:
- You change your mind
- You do not want the product you have received
- You do not receive your order
- You receive the wrong item
If the item is DOA
Refund shipping costs will be returned at your expense the customer
The item must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Please contact us immediately.
We do not issue the refund if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
Warranty:
All products are covered by warranty as per listing. Warranty claims will be sent back to us, where we will have them processed and returned back to you.
