Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. We encourage you to provide detailed information, including photographic or video evidence, to help us assess the issue efficiently.

We are committed to resolving such cases in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Depending on the situation, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

2- A brand-new replacement

If your order has not arrived, please notify us so we can investigate the matter with the courier. Investigations may take up to 2-3 business days before we can provide a resolution.

2. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of making a return request, provided the item meets the following conditions:

1- It is in its original, brand-new, unused, and sealed condition

2- All original packaging, labels, tags, instructions, and accessories are included

For "Change of Mind" returns:

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. In some cases, we may offer a return shipping label or arrange a courier pickup, with the return shipping cost deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges, including rural delivery fees, are non-refundable.
