For easy cutting of floor grate we recommend the use of a compound mitre saw fitted with a multi-material cutting blade 80 tooth or more. A compact drill with a bimetal hole would be adequate to drill the hole for the waste outlet.1.Cut the bottom tray 3mm shorter than desired length to allow end caps to be fitted2.Cut the top grate 1mm shorter than the bottom tray to allow for easy roll in of top grate and tidy fit3.Using the suitable size hole saw for your pop waste drill out the hole at the required position to align with the waste pipe in the floor4.Insert the end caps into the bottom tray and secure with a bead of silicone on the inside of the tray5.Place silicone around the lip of the pop waste and secure to the underside of the bottom tray at the recently drilled holeIf there is problem with the item, please contact us once you receive the package.
Warranty:
The warranty period for bathroom products is 5 years, while the rest of the other products are 1 year upon delivery receipt.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return the unwanted product to Mac Ecommerce Pty Ltd ,for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Beyond the end of those 30 days, refunds for unwanted products are not available.
To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below: Contact Us with Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- if the problem with a product is minor, we may provide simple repair instructions to customer, in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns initiated.
- If there is a problem of the product,we will provide prepaid label to customer,customer may choose refund or a replacement.
- If there is no problem of the product, or for customer reasons (buy by mistake or change of mind), customer need to pay postage to return plus 15% of restocking fee of the product price.
- We will not be liable for the cost of installation or removal of any item and the warranty will be voided if damage occurred during or after installation or a damaged or incorrect unit has been installed.
