To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below:

Contact Us with your MyDeal Order number, provide photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.

If there is a problem with the item, please contact us once you receive the package.
If the problem with a product is minor, we may provide simple repair instructions to customer, in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns initiated.
