Q:	Why the computer does not recognise the player
a:	If you are using a laptop or PC that does not have a USB 2.0 driver installed, you will need to install a USB 2.0 driver.
Q:	Why does it show an error when I have transferred the video format AMV or AVI?
a:	Because the resolution of the downloaded video does not match the player, it will not play even if you have downloaded the correct format, (screen resolution 240*320) Contact me for a professional video converter.
Q:	Why doesn't Bluetooth work?
a:1	Turn on the Bluetooth headset you need to connect to, then turn on our device Bluetooth switch and use the search for the Bluetooth name you need to connect to, click on the link
a:2	When you have successfully connected to a Bluetooth device and you need to connect to another Bluetooth device again, please click to disconnect the previously connected Bluetooth device first.
