Warranty Claims:
All our power tools and power garden products are supported by a 12-month domestic warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product.
Warranty does not cover accessories such as grinding wheels, router bits, carbone brush, blades, drill bits, sanding paper, tubs, carry bags, cables etc.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, lack of maintenance.

I had could not get a chainsaw chain from a large store at which I purchased the saw. I have now purchased four chains from Realdeal by mail at a lower cost than the large store. Richard Aynsley
