The Jono & Johno Electric Fence Tester detects the directional flow of current (amps) aiding the operator to detect faults.

The arrow indicates the direction of the flow. A big drop in amps determines that there is a fault somewhere along the line.

Simply test the amps at intervals and if the amps drop from one test to the next, you know the fault lies somewhere between there.

Also gives you an accurate voltage on the fence line at the same time.
