Precautions for installation:
?Wire chuck:
?? (1) When using a wire rope chuck, it is necessary
to select a chuck suitable for the thickness of the wire rope.
?? (2) When using the wire rope buckle, tighten the
U-shaped bolt until the wire rope is flattened by about 1/3-1/4. Since
the wire rope is deformed after being stressed, the rope must be
tightened a second time after the wire rope is stressed to ensure the
firmness of the joint
?? (3) When selecting the chuck, the size of the clip
should be suitable for the thickness of the wire rope. The inner net
distance of the U-shaped ring is 1?3mm larger than the diameter of the
wire rope. If the net distance is too large, it is not easy to clamp
the rope, which is prone to accidents.
?? (4) The chucks should be arranged in a row, the
U-shaped part is in contact with the rope head, and must not be in
contact with the main rope. If the U-shaped part is in contact with the
main rope, the main rope is easily flattened when stressed.
?? (5). In order to check the reliability of the
joint and find out whether the wire rope slips off, install another
chuck about 500 mm behind the last chuck, release the rope end for a
safe bend and then clamp it with the main rope , In this way, if the
clip has a sliding phenomenon, the safety bend will be straightened,
which is convenient for discovery and timely reinforcement at any time
to avoid accidents.

?? (1) The shackle should be smooth and flat, and no
defects such as cracks, sharp edges, overburning, etc. are allowed.
?? (2) It is strictly forbidden to use cast iron or
cast steel shackles. The buckle body can be forged with killed steel,
and the shaft pin can be machined after forging from bar material.
?? (3) The shackle should not be drilled or welded to
repair. After the buckle body and the shaft pin are deformed, no repair
is allowed.
?? (4) The buckle body and bolt should be checked
during use, and no serious wear, deformation and fatigue cracks should
be allowed.
?? (5) When using, the lateral spacing must not be
subject to tension, and the shaft pin must be inserted with a safety
pin.
?? (6) After the shaft pin is correctly assembled,
the width of the buckle body must not be significantly reduced, and the
threaded connection is good.
