Return and Refund Policy
At ASR Party Suppliers satisfaction of customer is our first priority. We totally understand that sometimes you may have changed your mind on the theme, ordered additional products, or an item is different from your imagination, and for that reason ASR Party Suppliers happily accepts change of mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
In case of any unlikely event or when there is something wrong with product, We try our best to rectify the issue as soon as possible. Therefore, we have developed a Refund and Return Policy to make sure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you with respect of refunds and returns.
Eligibility to a Exchange, Refund or Credit.
- Lack of satisfaction with your purchase (Change of Mind) within 30 days from receipt of your order.
- Faulty product or if it is not fit for the purpose that products of that kind are commonly bought for
- Significant difference in product displayed in images and from description
- We are required to do so under any relevant laws
Change of Mind Returns
For incorrect size ordered or change of mind returns, you must have received your order within the last 14 days. Any claims out of this time period will be at ASR Party Supplier's discretion.
In order to get full refund for all change of mind returns must be in unused, brand new, unopened and re-saleable condition with all original packing intact. Garments and Costumes must not be worn, altered or used in any way.
Return Delivery Charges
Customer is responsible for return delivery charges. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for stolen, lost or damaged return deliveries. ASR Party Suppliers highly recommend that you return products to us in secure package so they are not damaged in transit back to our warehouse and use a trackable method of postage.
ASR Party Suppliers reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned products prior to offering a refund. Once approved, you will be entitled to a exchange, refund or credit equal to the cost of the products only, excluding any return delivery charges or original delivery charges.
If you need to exchange products, new delivery charges would need to be paid to send items to you.
Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you believe you have received incorrect or faulty product please contact us immediately, so we can resolve your issue as soon as possible for you.
If product is incorrect, defective or significantly different from the description and images, in that case we will pay for THE RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES.
In case of damaged goods, instead of returning, we may ask for photos of the item as we must be able to assess items before approving any replacement or refund claims. Please don't dispose of items, until you get your refund approved.
Original charges for delivery will only be refunded when entire order is defective, incorrect or different from description.
Faulty Balloons
ASR Party Suppliers sell quality balloons which we directly import from our suppliers. They are quality checked and they should arrive to you in best condition. It is highly recommended to inspect the balloon before inflation for any defects and report any issues to ASR Party Suppliers immediately. We cannot accept the claims if the balloon has been inflated. To inflate balloons with helium requires special care and knowledge as over inflation or inflating too quickly can cause the balloons seam to leak or burst. Premature deflation of balloon may cause due to air temperature variation. The factors mentioned above may cause you to assume there is a fault with the balloons when, in fact, there is not, and therefore we are unfortunately unable to accept claims for faulty balloons once inflation attempts have been made.
