These DIY thermoforming mouth trays are designed to comfortably fit your teeth and assist with personal teeth whitening routines. Made from soft, flexible silicone, they easily mould to the shape of your upper and lower teeth for a customised fit. Ideal for use with whitening gels (not included), these trays are a practical addition to your at-home oral care kit.

How to Use:

1. Boil water and pour it into a bowl or cup.

2. Let the water sit for approximately 5 minutes to cool slightly.

3. Holding the tray by the tab, submerge it in the water for about 10 seconds until it becomes soft and flexible.

4. Place the tray into your mouth over your upper or lower teeth.

5. Gently close your mouth and create suction by sucking the air and water out from between the tray and your teeth.

6. Open your mouth and press the tray against your teeth with your fingers to mould it—hold for about 15 seconds.

7. Remove the tray and place it in cold water to set the shape.

8. Repeat the steps for the second tray.
