This item is sent with connectors to fit 3/4" and 1/2" garden taps [per image 7 and measure 25mm and 20mm respectively] and we have standard sink mixer diverter valves* [see image 8] available in our store.
Easy to carry around or wall mountable and great for producing pure H2O for topping or filling up fish tanks. The reverse osmosis process results in the purest possible water and results in the total dissolved solids (TDS) count dropping by +/- 96% depending on environmental factors. As this system also has a final stage mixed resin deioniser after the reverse osmosis membrane the removal rate increases to between 99.9%-100%. This purification process is commonly considered to be the most effective method of purification available to the public, and will consistently produce the lowest level of contaminant. RO will reduce/remove all of contaminant in the feed water including chlorine, fluoride, volatile organic compounds, disinfection by-products, heavy metals, etc.
All of the parts that come into contact with the water in our systems are manufactured from BPA free food grade plastics. All of the filters and parts that we use when assembling your system have NSF INTERNATIONAL (National Sanitation Foundation), WQA (Water Quality Association) or FDA (Food and Drug Administration) quality standard certification.
Generally these systems are suited to most town mains water supplies, however if you are intending to use the unit on tank or bore water we recommend testing the feed pressure and water quality first.
