Return Policy

If your ordered item(s) prove to be unsuitable for any reason (including Change of Mind except opened and used), You are welcome to return your item via Australia Post at your own expense. To be eligible for a refund, you must return your unopened order in their original packaging within the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period. The 30 day guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product · If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch · Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.
