Returns Policy

If you decide to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt, we will gladly facilitate a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs).
Your responsibilities in this process include:
Covering the return shipping cost to our warehouse.
Ensuring the item is returned in 'as-new' condition.
The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:
Remain unused.
Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.
Include all original packaging.
Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.
Include assembly instructions.
To initiate the return process, follow these steps:
Notify us of your intent to return via the Contact Us link.
Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

Easy to put together

The table & chairs are ok. My husband was able to put them together very easily. But, I'm not all together sure if in fact they are solid timber, as there seems to be a 'Laminate' over the product (table). But, I'm happy enough with the purchase. It arrived very quickly. Well done. Thank you.

Bought in a rush pre-Christmas when I realised family were coming. Delivered on time and easy enough to set up that Christmas day was lovely.

I love this dining set! It's awesome for the price. Its solid pine so if you aren't happy with the finish, it can easily be sanded back and painted or stained. It came as an all in one flatpack and took my partner and I about an hour to assemble. The set is sturdy. Like all wooden chairs it helps to pick up some chair pads for comfort and place some felt pads under the legs to protect the floors. Really happy with this purchase!
