• Massage oil is not included.
• Main components of horn products are protein fibers, which have biological activity and require maintenance. Avoid dropping, high temperatures, humidity, and cracking. During the dry autumn and winter seasons, our skin needs to be moisturized with creams and oils to prevent cracking. Similarly, horn crafts need to be protected from drying out. After receiving the product, please regularly apply moisturizers such as maintenance oil, olive oil, hand cream, and essential oils. This helps retain internal moisture and oils, extending the life of the horn product.
• After use, please store the product in a protective bag or transparent plastic bag. If not used for a long time, store it in a cabinet to keep the product looking new.
• Avoid humidity; do not soak for extended periods. After rinsing with water, promptly wipe dry with a cloth. Avoid placing in humid environments (to prevent deformation).
• After receiving the product, do not rush to use it. First, apply oil and seal it for two to three days to allow it to adapt to the local climate before using.
