If the Courier is driver in local, we will arrange the delivery via driver, usually Saturday;

If the courier is logistic company,you can track it on their website. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.
Additionally, if your delivery address involves stairs or a bridge, please inform us in advance. This ensures a more accurate and efficient delivery of your items.
Please be aware that for deliveries involving stairs, bridges, or other special circumstances, an additional delivery surcharge may apply.

If you just don’t need this item, please pack the item the way you received it, check the attached label, print and paste it on the parcel and send it.
