- RETURN: All returns must be authorised or approved by our team before any package is shipped back to us. We only accept returns via courier to our return address.
- CHANGE OF MIND: If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, the item must be in its original packaging and condition, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. A shipping fee will be deducted depending on the weight of the item for all change of mind purchases, to cover our original shipping costs.
