We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Can hold a lot of clothes. A little hard to move once clothes are hanging but depends on the weight of the items, we're using it as a coat and jacket rack. I'd put it in the position you want it before adding clothes. Great product.

Am happy with this clothes rack! I am currently renting & needed more space - excellent- does the job perfectly! Holds more clothes than I imagined. Easy to assemble! Can use it for hanging laundry in the garage once I've into moved into my my new home!
